3. Hosting and server log files
When this website is accessed, the hosting provider processes technically necessary connection data. This may include the IP address, date and time of access, requested page or file, amount of data transferred, referrer URL, browser type and version, and operating system. Processing takes place to provide the website securely and reliably and to detect and defend against technical attacks on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Server log files are stored only for as long as required for technical security, error analysis and proper operation of the website. Statutory retention obligations remain unaffected.

If you contact us by email or telephone, we process your information to handle your enquiry and any follow-up questions. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry concerns the initiation or performance of a contract, and otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The data is deleted once the purpose no longer applies and no statutory retention obligations prevent deletion.
5. Contact form
Under the current technical setup, the contact form displayed on this website does not send data to a dedicated website server. It opens the email client configured on your device or, if requested, creates a WhatsApp link containing the information you entered. Transmission takes place only when you send the message using the relevant service.
6. WhatsApp
When you use a WhatsApp link, you are redirected to WhatsApp. The provider may process personal data, particularly your IP address and other device or usage data. According to the service, the controller for users in the European Economic Area is WhatsApp Ireland Limited. Use is voluntary. You can alternatively contact us by telephone or email.
Your message is transmitted via WhatsApp only when you send the prepared message yourself. WhatsApp's privacy terms also apply.
7. Externally loaded images
The theme currently embeds selected architecture and company images from images.unsplash.com When these images are loaded, a connection is established to Unsplash servers. In particular, your IP address may be transmitted. Processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in an attractive and technically efficient presentation of the website.
For a more privacy-friendly setup, we recommend importing all images used into the WordPress media library and serving them exclusively from the website's own server.
8. Cookies and local storage
At present, the theme does not use analytics, marketing or tracking cookies in the publicly accessible area. WordPress may use technically necessary cookies, for example for administrator logins or logged-in users. If analytics, marketing, map, video or other services requiring consent are added later, an appropriate consent solution must be implemented before use and this privacy policy must be updated.

Our website contains links to external services. Data is transmitted to the relevant provider only after you click such a link. We have no control over the data processing carried out by external providers.
